About Me:ShowI teach all students differently based on their abilities and interests. We will generally be going over proper technique, music theory, and of course learning songs/ repertoire. Within these things, we can hopefully explore performance issues together, and other advanced goals such as interpretation, musicality, composing, producing, and even recording. My general philosophy is that I'm happy to share my knowledge and experience, but it is ultimately the student's determination and curiosity that will make these lessons fun and successful.

Styles: Rock, Blues, Classical, Pop

About Me:ShowI think that music should always be fun and inspiring, my approach to teaching music is to show the student the different areas of it as if it was a language and then break it down into different study sections that in the end will facilitate the student the clear understanding and effective use of it. With that said, I also believe that if you're going to do something, do it right or don't do it at all; there's no point in doing something halfway. And especially with music and instrument performance the only way to get better and learn is through practice, practice and more practice. Be prepared to spend at least one hour everyday just warming up and practicing your instrument on top of anything else. Something I feel I have to offer to my students aside from closely following Berklee's guitar department curriculum is the fact that I'm a music producer & Studio Engineer with many years of experience and I can teach my students how to approach instrument recording, prepare for a recording session and get the sound you want out of your gear.
