I am focused on communicating the art of music in a way that speaks to the student's interests and builds bridges for further exploration. My approach is twofold, the development of sound physicality and nurturing of artistry.

My experience and diverse musical background will open new doors for students, constantly creating new and exciting challenges. Lessons focus on Technique, Note-Reading, Standard and Modern Repertoire, Theory and Improvisation.

About Me:ShowWith any teaching, there is a give-take relationship between the student and instructor that fluctuates in both directions. I find that teaching is just as rewarding as learning. I, myself, am still a student and in no way could consider myself a master. I am educated on many different subjects and styles, yet I still have a lot to learn. My pledge to my students is that I will never make you feel inadequate or dumb. I am extremely patient because that is how I would like to be taught to get results.
