Experience:

• I've taught guitar lessons on and off for the last 8 years. My teaching experience has ranged from beginning students and basic chords to solo improvisation, scales, theory, book exercises, and techinque in various styles.
• I've been a professional guitarist/singer since I was 16, starting out in coffee shops and jazz band programs. I'm classically trained on the trombone and played throughout high school and most of my undergraduate time in college.
• I began touring around Texas in 2003, playing bass for Aaron Watson. In September of 2003, I began touring with Owen Temple and continue to do so now. Owen has just finished his 4th studio album and we will be touring again in the coming months.
• I've played bass/lead guitar for Texas Artists Aaron Watson, Owen Temple, and Jamie Richards. All of these acts are well known around Texas and have accumulated great success between live shows and album sales/radio play.
• I've opened up for bands/artists like Asleep At The Wheel, Robert Earl Keen, Pat Green, Cory Morrow, Bruce Robison, Charlie Robison, Chris Duarte, Ian Moore, and Omar and The Howlers
• During my time in Chicago, I've worked with blues artists like Pat Hall, Joanna Connor, Big Rob Blaine, and Melvin Taylor.
