- 16 years of experience playing and performing with various bands in Massachusetts.
- Experience giving private drum lessons and providing music instruction at Day Jams music camp in Newton, MA, music instruction and music therapy in the Brockton Public School System, music instruction at National Music Workshops in Boston, MA, as well as at camps in Foxboro, MA and at the South Shore Music Conservatory.
- Original compositions featured on soundtrack for documentary airing on MTV and MTV2.
- Performances with Wynton Marsalis at Lincoln Center, New York.
- Performances at Montreux Jazz Festival, Switzerland, as well as at various venues in Switzerland, France, Canada, and the US.

The earliest percussion instruments were our hands and feet, then "found" objects such as sticks, logs, and rocks. As human communities developed tools for hunting and eventually agriculture, their skill and technology enabled them to craft more complex instruments.
