"One Trumpet Teacher, hold the crust please!"
Learning to play the trumpet becomes a chore if your teacher is overly strict and serious.
The teachers at Encore Music Lessons want you to have fun while you learn.
Encore Music Lessons matches students with great teachers. All we need is some basic information and within 48 hours you can be matched with a terrific instructor. You can also choose a teacher yourself - just check out our Trumpet Teacher Directories.
Encore Music Lessons gives students a chance to play the trumpet in public each year at our annual spring recital.
We've got some videos from the NY Spring Recital. If you'd like to watch, just click here.
Start and stop whenever you like. Encore Music Lessons won't make you commit to a semester or to a set amount of lessons.
Since you shouldn't have to talk about anything except music with your teacher, Encore Music Lessons handles the business side of things. That way, both students and teachers are sure to have a positive experience.
At Encore Music, we understand that a relaxed environment ensures a positive experience. That's why we give you the option of taking trumpet lessons at your home, your office, or at a teacher's studio, whichever you find most comfortable.
Take lessons with us and leave the crust for the birds!

As with all brass instruments, sound is produced by blowing air through closed lips, producing a "buzzing" sound into the mouthpiece and starting a standing wave vibration in the air column inside the trumpet.
