Anneke S., Cello Teacher, NYC
(212) 537-6746
About Me:
I emphasize musicality, & spend a lot of time helping students understand how to play in an artistic, interesting way. I also prioritize proper cello position, helping students play comfortably & easily. I want my students to gain skills but also to understand what they are learning & why it is important. I encourage my students to ask a lot of questions & to demand clear explanations from me. I try to make lessons fun & exciting by catering to each student's individual learning style, interpersonal skills, & sense of humor.
