About Me:ShowI believe that anyone at any age can be taught to sing. Perhaps not every person is cut out to be a rock singer or a Broadway star, but everybody has some kind of musical gift inside them and can be taught to control their voice. I would love to be even a little bit responsible for someone realizing their dream and learning to conquer a style of singing that they have always loved. My voice lessons will certainly not only be about the voice itself, but rather the art of a well rounded performance. I will teach the basics of sight-reading, musicality, and especially, how to actually perform a song with your face and body while singing.

I establish a student's learning style for their instrument and then I plan lessons and use activities that stimulate and develop my student's strengths. I base my teaching on using multiple intelligence differentiation which includes special education students. I also try to reinforce by repeating the lesson for reinforcement

About Me:ShowI believe that singing is a form of storytelling first and foremost. Students who can tell a story can entertain by singing with or without great technique. About Me:ShowI truly believe that no two students learn the same way. I love to make my lessons very personal to the student's unique personality and style. I teach just about every style of music from classical to pop to musical theatre, and can help train the ear to hear what makes each genre unique in its own way. I spend a lot of time on healthy vocal technique: Breathing, diction, range, musicianship, and making the voice sound its absolute best! I love to challenge my students, yet create a fun and positive learning environment!
