Student Reviews
I think that Jon is a wonderful instructor. He is very patient with my son which is very important. Even though my child is not a musical genius he really enjoys every lesson that he has. He is such a great instructor my family is willing to share him... a little.
Justin's Mom Teacher: Jon D.About the Drums
The individual instruments of a drum kit are struck by a variety of implements held in the hand, including sticks, brushes, and mallets. Two notable exceptions include the bass drum, played by a foot-operated pedal, and the hi hat cymbals, which use a foot pedal in addition to the normal striking motion.
