I was very skeptical about hiring online and had every intention of it being very difficult but then, Stephanie walked in! Professional, courteous, warm and OMG! What a VOICE! Both my daughter and I fell in love with her instantly! My daughter has enjoyed a year of learning and improving not only her voice but her confidence as well, and I have enjoyed the ease of scheduling and payment set up by encore.
