I am a patient, dedicated and enthusiastic teacher who strives to make learning to play the guitar fun and exciting. Your musical goals will drive the design of the lessons. If you want to learn a few pop songs, are interested in performing with a band, or dream of writing your own music: I can get you there. I also enjoy teaching more advanced students who can already play the guitar, but want to take their music to the next level through a thorough study of improvisation, harmony and music theory.

Matt teaches in-home lessons, but also teaches from a studio.
Studio Description:
A comfortable room with two polytone amplifiers, music stands, a Harrington piano, effects units and extra cables. Next to the music room is a large kitchen where parents are welcome to sit and wait for the lesson to finish.
