About Me:
Now based in the Greater Los Angeles region, Antonio Pina is an upcoming, versatile musician.

Since graduating from UCLA with his Master’s of Music degree, he has been engaged in several performances and teaching organizations in the Los Angeles area.

Antonio has experience working with students of all ages. He frequently teaches private and group lessons through his own studio. He has also taught with several non-profit organizations such as: STAR Education, Harmony Project, Inglewood Recreation and Parks Dept., Southern California Fine Music Center, Ladera Music Academy, etc. in order to ensure musicians throughout the Los Angeles area have access to music education and performances.

Antonio has performed in venues such as Walt Disney Hall, Symphony Hall, Schoenberg Hall,etc. He has performed along side musicians and hollywood personalities such as: Keith David, Daniel Tosh (of TOSH.0), La’ Van Davis, Paul Chihara, and several others.

He Currently works for LAUSD as the Elementary Orchestra Music Office Inventory Analyst. This position entails creating ad maintaining elementary music programs throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District. Through this office we offer over 12,000 instruments to students in the district free of charge. This ensures an opportunity for students to be introduced into the arts and have access to opportunities that are created through the Arts.

He also works with the LAUSD Music Repair Shop to repair elementary instruments and redistribute them to students throughout the district. Henceforth, he is a Woodwind and Brass Repair Technician as well.
