Learning to play the trombone can be a lot of fun, and it gives you a skill that stays with you for the rest of your life. Finding an experienced trombone instructor is a key early step on your path.
Encore Music Lessons's number one task is matching trombone students with great teachers.
To ensure that you get the most from your trombone lessons, you can choose to receive instruction at your home, your workplace, or at a teacher's studio nearby.
The trombone instructors we've selected are adept at teaching students of all ages and abilities- beginner, intermediate, and advanced. No matter what your schedule is like, Encore Music Lessons will work to match you with an accommodating teacher.
Unlike most other lesson companies that lock you into a semester contract, Encore Music Lessons gives you the freedom to start and stop lessons when you want.
Give us a call! All we need is some basic information and within 48 hours you can matched with a terrific instructor.
Students and teachers need to have good chemistry, so if it's not there give us a call and we'll make another selection.
For your peace of mind, all teachers are thoroughly background checked and reference checked.
On May 17th this year, students of Encore Music Lessons got an opportunity to play the trombone in front of an audience.
We've got some videos from the NY Spring Recital. If you'd like to watch, just click here.
If you're ready to take that first step, give us a call today! Encore Music Lessons will schedule your first trombone lesson with a great instructor.

Today, the trombone can usually be found in wind ensembles/concert bands, symphony orchestras, marching bands, military bands, brass bands, brass choirs, etc. It can be part of smaller groups as well, such as brass quintets, quartets, or trios, or trombone trios, quartets, or choirs (though the size of a trombone choir can vary greatly from five or six to twenty or more members).
